Data Design Build (DDB), was established in 2018 as a DBA to Affordable Commercial Construction’s (ACC) Company profile as a result of completing major generator and electrical upgrades for Data Centers over the last 5 years. Our major clients include Alpha Technologies, Cummins Inc., Charter Communications, Comcast, Time Warner, and Cox Communications. Affordable Commercial Construction est. 2005 in Arizona.

 

DDB specializes in electrical, generator and construction improvements for data centers, computer rooms and other IT mission critical facilities. Headquartered in Mesa, Arizona, DDB provides services in the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, and Washington.

 

As a licensed contractor we have the experience and expertise to manage all aspects of planning, design, engineering and construction of computer room, data center or other IT mission critical facilities. We can manage the entire turn-key job whether you are building, retrofitting or relocating your data center (large or small), installing or upgrading your HVAC or UPS System, or adding a Generator system.

The Affordable Commercial Construction division provides all construction services for tenant improvements, grocery, retail, industrial, office, hospitality, recreation and restaurant categories. Major clients include, but not limited to: Caribou Coffee, Einstein Bagels, Sports Clips, My Salon Suites, Bashas’, and Food City’s.

The Data Design Build & Affordable Commercial Construction team includes experienced Field Electrical and Construction Engineers that work together to provide superior service to our customers.
