Harold Farnsworth has completed jobs with accuracy and care for the last 35 years and counting. Before starting his own company, he worked on numerous construction projects in the valley where he gained experience in Project Coordination, Estimating, Drafting, and Design. Utilizing the skills and experiences he acquired in school and in his professional career, he established Affordable Commercial Construction. Although Harold’s building experience and accomplishments are wide spread, he remains a down to earth business man. He works with his clients on a personal level to get the job done professionally, efficiently, and mindfully. Through his commitment to excellence and dedication to professionalism, Harold and Affordable Commercial Construction d.b.a. Data Design Build have continued to exceed industry standards by forming strong professional partnerships based on integrity, ingenuity, and reliability.

Jim is the Director of Data and Sales. He has 41 years experience in the electrical industry. He has built big box stores i.e. Costco, Price Club, and Lowe’s. He has also built medical-Med Surgery Recovery Rooms, Operating Room’s, Patient Rooms, generator addition for Chapman Medical Center, and a LDRP addition for Eisenhower Medical Center. He also has experience constructing miscellaneous tenant improvements, Marriott and La Quinta inn hotels. He has held electrical contractors licenses in California for 37 years and in Arizona for 15 years. He owned his own business for 9 years and for the last 5 years has been doing data centers design, estimating, and project managing.

Jim Forker
Director of Data Centers & Sales
Cassie is the Division Manager for our company. She has 13 years of experience in the commercial and industrial construction industries. Cassie has managed projects for power generation facilities, mission critical facilities, food and beverage manufacturers, and clean rooms. She handles all design and permitting coordination and submittals for both the commercial and mission critical divisions of our company. She is very familiar with AHJ departments across California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas and Washington. Cassie also handles all air quality permitting and works closely with air quality departments across the Southwest. She also conducts general coordination alongside the Project Managers, throughout the projects, to ensure proper completion based on the design and permits. Cassie is hard working and believes in building lasting business relationships and getting the job done right.

Data/Retail Division Manager
Dan is our Business Development Manager. He works primarily with lead sources, Sub-Contractors and Owners regarding estimating and bidding projects. He also maintains strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, architects, and principal key contacts regarding projects around the United States. Dan has supervised and managed multiple construction projects in Arizona, California, Texas, and Georgia. Dan has over 20 years of Project/ Management, Sales and Operations experience.

Dallen is one of the Project Managers for our company.
Dallen has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, W. P. Carey School of Business
He has great communication skills and a high level of dedication to completing all projects with the highest quality.
