Harold Farnsworth
Owner & CEO

Harold Farnsworth brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, consistently delivering projects with precision and care. Prior to founding his own company, Harold contributed to numerous construction projects in the valley, where he gained expertise in Project Coordination, Estimating, Drafting, and Design. Drawing on the knowledge and skills he developed both academically and professionally, Harold established Affordable Commercial Construction.

Although Harold’s extensive experience and achievements span a wide range of projects, he remains a grounded and approachable business leader. He collaborates closely with clients to ensure each project is completed professionally, efficiently, and with careful attention to detail. Through his unwavering commitment to excellence and professionalism, Harold and his team at Affordable Commercial Construction, operating as Data Design Build, have consistently exceeded industry standards. Their success is built on strong professional partnerships grounded in integrity, innovation, and reliability.

Jim serves as the Director of Data and Sales, bringing over 40 years of experience in the electrical industry. Throughout his career, he has worked on a variety of significant projects, including the construction of big-box stores such as Costco, Price Club, and Lowe’s. Jim has also contributed to the development of critical medical facilities, including Med-Surgery Recovery Rooms, Operating Rooms, Patient Rooms, and generator additions for Chapman Medical Center, as well as an LDRP addition for Eisenhower Medical Center. Additionally, he has extensive experience in constructing tenant improvements and hospitality projects, including Marriott and La Quinta Inn hotels.

Jim has held electrical contractor licenses in California for over 35 years and in Arizona for more than 15 years. He owned and operated his own business for 9 years before transitioning to data center design, estimating, and project management over the past decade.

Jim is also NFPA 70E Certified, demonstrating his commitment to safety and industry standards.

Cassie is the Operations Manager for our company, bringing 15 years of experience in the commercial and industrial construction sectors. She has successfully managed projects for power generation facilities, mission-critical facilities, food and beverage manufacturers, and clean rooms. Cassie oversees all design and permitting coordination, as well as submittals for both the commercial and mission-critical divisions of our company.

With extensive knowledge of AHJ (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) departments across the Southwest, Cassie also manages air quality permitting and collaborates closely with air quality departments throughout the region. Known for her strong work ethic, Cassie is dedicated to building lasting business relationships and ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards.

Operations Manager

Dan is our Project Manager, leveraging over 20 years of experience in Project Management, Sales, and Operations. In his role, Dan works closely with lead sources, subcontractors, and owners to manage project estimating and bidding processes. He is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, architects, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution across the United States.

With a proven track record of supervising and managing multiple construction projects in the Southwest, Dan excels at overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning and budgeting through to final completion. His expertise in project coordination, cost management, and client communication ensures that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Dan’s commitment to fostering strong partnerships and delivering successful outcomes is central to his approach to project management.

Dallen Sullivan
Operations Coordinator

Dallen is our Operations Coordinator, holding a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. With 9 years of experience in sales, planning, coordinating, and managing operations, he plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and resources for all projects.

His expertise extends across sales, customer relationship building, and operations management, allowing him to effectively plan and optimize project timelines and resources. Dallen is skilled in applying mathematical principles to support cost management, scheduling, and supply chain efficiency. Known for his excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, Dallen is dedicated to delivering projects with the highest quality standards while fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members. His meticulous approach to operations ensures that every aspect of our projects runs smoothly from start to finish.
